Neil Ince will lend his support to Whitby Town as he becomes the club's new goalkeeper coach.

Ince will join up with Lee Bullock and Nathan Haslam's squad when their preparations for the 2021/22 season begin in the coming days.

Neil is the Head Coach at the Teesside Keeper School, and he has also recently worked with the Norton & Stockton Ladies team.

On joining up with the club, Ince said: "I'm looking forward to working with Shane, but I'm also excited to see where I can take myself from a coaching point of view. It will be a privilege to work with top-quality keepers like Shane. Whitby actually train on my doorstep and from what I've seen they always train really hard as a group."

He added: "I've known Shane for seven or eight years, and I've actually coached with him. He's an absolute character but that's what makes him so good to have around the team."

We would like to give Neil a warm welcome to Whitby Town and we wish him all the best in his new role with the Seasiders.
