Whitby Town boss Nathan Haslam wants his side to return to winning ways away from home on Saturday when the Seasiders visit Basford United in the Pitching In Northern Premier League Premier Division.
Town are back to league action following a disappointing defeat to Lancaster City at The Giant Axe on Tuesday night, where Bradley Fewster's late strike was mere consolation.
The Seasiders had only lost once on road up until the midweek trip to Lancashire, but if the Blues apply themselves like they have away from home for the most part this season, Haslam sees no reason why his charges can't right their wrongs from Tuesday.
Here are some of the key talking points that Nathan Haslam has discussed this week:
On Whitby Town's availability and how they'll approach the game at Greenwich Avenue...
"It's a squad game and we'll adapt to some players being unavailable. Dan (Rowe) is a big player for us but throughout the season you're going to miss big players and it's how you deal with it.
"We'll go to Basford and do our thing and hopefully we can be a bit more productive in front of goal than we were on Tuesday night. I'm sure we will be as I feel that we just didn't adapt to the conditions as well as our opponents did in midweek."
On Coleby Shepherd's injury concern after he was withdrawn at Lancaster...
"It doesn't look good for Coleby and I certainly don't think he'll be okay for Saturday. He'll need rest and an assessment.
"He's an important player for us and he will be missed but fortunately for us we'll have the likes of Aaron Haswell back who missed Tuesday night through suspension. He'll be available again on Saturday and we'll make use of his services where we feel he can be effective."
