50/50 Draw to Support the RAF Benevolent Fund

50/50 Draw to Support the RAF Benevolent Fund

Liam Ryder5 Jul - 16:00

Whitby Town is pleased to confirm that a special matchday 50/50 Draw will take place during our upcoming Battle of Britain Memorial Trophy fixture.

Proceeds will be proudly supporting both the RAF Benevolent Fund and Whitby Town Football Club.

Next Saturday's fixture (1pm kick-off) is set to be a memorable occasion at the Towbar Express Stadium, as we welcome supporters, guests, and the wider community for an afternoon that celebrates both competitive football and a hugely important charitable cause.

The RAF Benevolent Fund provides vital lifelong support to serving and former members of the Royal Air Force and their families, making this a cause close to the heart of this historic fixture.

The 50/50 Draw gives supporters the chance to be part of something special on matchday. Half of the total prize pot will go to one lucky winner, while the remaining funds will be split between the RAF Benevolent Fund, helping to support the charity’s ongoing work across the UK, and also Whitby Town Football Club.

Tickets for the draw will be available throughout the ground on matchday from our dedicated sellers. Supporters, whether you're able to make it to the match or not, can also take part online. Click here to enter online.

Supporters are reminded that it is not mandatory to enter using one of the pre-set donation amounts provided by our website system; if you wish to contribute a different amount, simply enter your own figure in the box - please ensure this is a round number.

As with all Whitby Town fundraising initiatives, every ticket purchased makes a real difference. Not only does it offer the chance to win a cash prize, but it also ensures valuable support reaches those who have served in the Royal Air Force.

We encourage all supporters to get involved, show their backing, and help us make this a successful and meaningful day both on and off the pitch.
