The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring supporters, visitors and club members enjoy a welcoming and professionally managed bar experience on matchdays and throughout club events.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the daily operation of Turnbull’s Bar and coordinating bar staff and volunteers
- Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies when required
- Working closely with the club’s commercial team on pricing and promotions
- Building positive relationships with suppliers to secure competitive pricing
- Ensuring all bar equipment is maintained and cleaning standards are consistently high
- Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed at all times
About You
- Previous experience in bar, hospitality or venue management is preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive and hands-on approach to customer service
- Personal Licence preferred, but not essential
