A familiar and respected figure at the Towbar Express Stadium, Bullock steps into the role having previously served the club in a number of capacities, including as Assistant Manager and Joint-Manager alongside Jason Kennedy who recently departed the club.
His deep understanding of the club, its culture and expectations, coupled with extensive experience within the game, make him a natural choice to lead the Seasiders forward.
Since returning to the club in February, Bullock has played a key role within the First Team set-up, and this appointment reflects both his commitment and the confidence placed in him by the club’s Board. A former professional midfielder with over 170 league appearances for York City and experience across the Football League, he brings valuable knowledge, leadership and professionalism to the role.
Supporting Bullock in the dugout will be Denny Ingram, who has been appointed Assistant Manager. Ingram’s promotion from First Team Coach recognises his ongoing contribution behind the scenes and his strong working relationship with Bullock, ensuring continuity within the coaching structure as the club looks ahead to the next phase.
The Whitby Town Board of Directors believe this new leadership team provides stability and a clear direction, building on existing foundations while striving to improve performances on the pitch. The club remains committed to developing a competitive side in the Pitching In Northern Premier League Premier Division which can represent the town with pride.
Everyone at Whitby Town would like to congratulate Lee and Denny on their new roles and wish them every success as they lead the Seasiders into an exciting new chapter.
