Cindy has been a valued member of the club's matchday operations team for a number of years, most recently being Whitby Town's Chief Safety Officer, and brings a wealth of experience, dedication and professionalism to her new position.

Her appointment reflects the outstanding work she has undertaken in ensuring a safe, welcoming and enjoyable environment for all supporters, players, officials and visitors to the Towbar Express Stadium.

As Matchday Manager, Cindy will be the main point of contact for any issues or concerns encountered at the stadium on matchdays.

She will oversee the smooth running of matchday operations and work closely with club staff, volunteers and officials to ensure supporters enjoy the best possible experience when attending Whitby Town fixtures.

Cindy will also lead and manage the club's team of matchday stewards. The club is currently recruiting additional volunteers to join the stewarding team, providing a fantastic opportunity for supporters to become more involved with matchdays at the Towbar Express Stadium. Supporters are advised that any issues encountered on matchdays can also be reported through the club's supporter hotline by emailing info@whitbytownfc.com following home fixtures in the 2026/27 season.
