This brings an end to a productive seven-month spell at the Towbar Express Stadium.

The 24-year-old attacking midfielder leaves the Seasiders as the club’s second-highest scorer in the 2025/26 campaign. His most recent goal came on Boxing Day against Morpeth Town, adding to an impressive run in front of goal in the first half of the season.

Donald joined Whitby Town from Ashton United in the summer of 2025 after a successful pre-season trial. He made an immediate impact, opening his account with a goal in August’s 4-0 victory over Warrington Town.
