Kilpatrick has enjoyed an impressive rise through the club's player pathway, progressing from the Academy into the senior setup after a series of standout performances at youth level. The energetic attacking midfielder earned first-team recognition following his consistent development, technical quality and strong attitude both on and off the pitch.

A multiple award winner during the 2025/26 Academy campaign, Kilpatrick was named Under-18 Top Goalscorer, Players' Player of the Season and Parents' Player of the Season, underlining the impact he made throughout a successful year.

Since signing first-team forms earlier this year, Jack has continued to train and develop within the senior environment, with the club committed to providing opportunities that support his long-term progression.

The dual-registration arrangement with Northallerton Town will give the young midfielder the chance to experience regular men's football, helping to further his development while remaining available to Whitby Town.
