Match Preview | Rushall Olympic (A)

Liam Ryder5 Mar - 19:00

Whitby Town are back on the road this Saturday as they travel south to face Rushall Olympic at Dales Lane (3pm kick-off) - our first visit since 2018.

The Seasiders head into the weekend in good spirits after Tuesday night’s impressive 3-0 victory away at Cleethorpes Town, Town’s second-biggest league win of the season.

Jake Charles was the star of the show with a brace, while Layton Watts also found the net after seeing his effort go in off the post.

That result means Town are now unbeaten in their last three matches and have climbed to 13th place in the table. Rushall Olympic currently sit three places below in 16th.

Managed by Ian Long, the Pics have lost three of their last six games, most recently suffering a narrow 1-0 defeat away at Workington.

The last meeting between the sides came in October, when Whitby ran out 3-1 winners over the West Midlands outfit.
