Everyone at the club would like to place on record our sincere thanks to Nick for his outstanding commitment, professionalism and contribution during his time with us.

Nick embraced every aspect of his role with enthusiasm and dedication, always putting the club first and setting an excellent example around the dressing room. His willingness to help wherever needed, along with his positive attitude and work ethic, made him an invaluable member of the squad and someone who will be incredibly difficult to replace.

Speaking on Nick's departure, Lee Bullock said: "Nick has been brilliant for us, and I'd like to personally thank him for everything he's given to the club.

"He'll be very difficult to replace in the role he was willing to play, and he'll be missed by myself, the lads and everyone associated with Whitby Town.

"He's been a fantastic person to work with, and we wish him nothing but success in this next chapter."

We are delighted that Nick has the opportunity to play regular football with Darlington Under-23s and are confident he will put the experience and knowledge gained during his time at Whitby Town to good use as he continues his development.
