
On the morning of Monday, 15th September, a welcome update was received from Hummel, the club's official kit supplier for the 2025/26 season.
This update highlighted the following timescales which Hummel have promised to achieve which would subsequently allow a team of Whitby Town volunteers to carry out a mass delivery process in-house.
Orders placed BEFORE 28th July 2025
Delivery to the Towbar Express Stadium by Friday, 19 September
Orders placed AFTER 28th July 2025
Delivery to the Towbar Express Stadium by the end of September
Once shirts have been received from Hummel, club volunteers will be working hard, as ever, to ensure a smooth and timely delivery process to all buyers.
Please note that this whole process is subject to Hummel, and their UK-based partner SportsPro, meeting their specified deadlines which were outlined on Monday, 15th September.
For the time being, shirts are no longer available to pre-order. Once pre-ordered shirts have been distributed, a stock check will be taken ahead of shirts being reinstated on the whitbytownfc.com club shop. Additional club shop items will also then be made available for purchase.
We apologise for the significant delays in the shirt distribution process. As we're sure you'll understand reading this update, all delays have been completely out of the club's hands.
Now that an update has been issued, we politely ask that buyers refrain from contacting club volunteers (who also have day jobs) on personal phone numbers, as has been the case in recent weeks.
