This is a key role focused on generating revenue and building strong relationships to support both the financial sustainability of the club and its on-field success.

About the Role
Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will take ownership of the club’s commercial activities, with a particular focus on revenue generation and partnership development.

This is a voluntary, flexible position, ideal for someone looking to make a meaningful impact within a sporting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Sponsorship Sales: Identify, secure, negotiate, and manage sponsorship opportunities, including shirt sponsors, stand sponsorships, and stadium advertising boards.
• Matchday Hospitality: Coordinate and sell matchday hospitality packages, including VIP experiences and individual game offerings.
• Partnerships & Events: Build relationships with local businesses and develop non-matchday revenue opportunities such as events (e.g. sportsman’s dinners, quiz nights).

Key Objectives

• Maximise off-field income to support on-field performance
• Ensure all commercial activity aligns with regulatory and operational requirements

Working Hours
This role offers flexibility but will require availability during evenings and weekends to cover home matches and key events.

Time Commitment
While the position is voluntary, it is an important and results-driven role so so strong commitment is required.
