Vacancy: Weekly Draw Coordinator

We are looking for a reliable and organised individual to join our club as a Weekly Draw Coordinator.

This is a key voluntary role that helps generate vital funds to support the ongoing development of the club, its teams, and facilities.

The Weekly Draw is an important part of our community engagement and fundraising efforts, and this role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, handling simple administration, and being part of a friendly, non-league football environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organise and oversee the weekly draw process
  • Coordinate the sale of draw tickets (in-person and/or online)
  • Keep accurate records of members and entries
  • Conduct the draw in a fair and transparent manner
  • Announce winners, liaising with the Media & Communications Manager
  • Arrange prize distribution to winners
  • Handle and record funds responsibly, liaising with the Treasurer as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Trustworthy and responsible, particularly when handling money
  • Friendly and approachable with good communication skills
  • Basic confidence with numbers and record-keeping
  • Ability to commit consistently each week
  • Previous experience in a similar role is helpful but not essential
