This support comes through a variety of fundraising initiatives and membership schemes. To ensure there is a clear understanding of who qualifies as a club member, we would like to clarify the different ways supporters can be involved with the club.

Club Membership
A club member is any supporter who is enrolled in the Whitby Town Weekly Draw and contributes either:

• £5 per month, or
• £60 annually

Supporters in the Weekly Draw at either of these contribution levels automatically qualify as club members and are entitled to receive a membership card.

In addition, season ticket holders are also recognised as club members and enjoy the same membership status and benefits.

Weekly Cash Collections
Many supporters contribute to the club through our £1 per week cash collection scheme, and we greatly appreciate this continued support. However, participation in the £1 weekly collection alone does not constitute club membership.

Supporters who currently contribute through the £1 weekly cash collection and wish to become club members will be required to pay an additional £8 membership fee. This can be paid in Turnbull's Bar, after which they will be eligible to receive a membership card and enjoy official club member status.

Why Membership Matters
Club membership helps strengthen the connection between supporters and Whitby Town while providing an important source of ongoing support for the club's activities and future development. Membership cards also help us accurately identify those who are entitled to member-specific benefits and privileges.

Unclaimed Membership Cards
We currently have a significant number of unclaimed membership cards awaiting collection in Turnbull's Bar.

If you are a club member and have not yet collected your card, please do so as soon as possible. Your membership card is proof of your membership status and allows you to take advantage of the benefits available to club members.

For members who live further afield and are unable to collect their card in person, we can arrange for it to be posted to you. Please contact the club as soon as possible by emailing info@whitbytownfc.com with your details, and we will make the necessary arrangements.
