Born in Middlesbrough, Swan has gained valuable experience in the Northern League and arrives at the Towbar Express Stadium following his time with Marske United and Billingham Town, and also as a pre-season trialist with the Seasiders..

A confident goalkeeper with strong handling and a commanding presence, he will now have the opportunity to continue his development while linking up with both clubs under the dual-registration agreement.

Manager Lee Bullock welcomed the addition of Swan to the squad: "Oliver is a young goalkeeper with a lot of potential and a strong desire to improve.
