The meeting is an important opportunity for supporters to hear the latest news, share their views and get involved in discussions about the club. We encourage as many fans as possible to attend and have their say.

Agenda - October 2026

The meeting will cover the following items:

• Apologies
• Last Month’s Minutes and Any Questions
• Supporters’ Club Updates
• Graeme Lee - Welcome and Team Update
• Football Club Updates - Off Pitch
• Christmas Event Publicity
• New Year’s Event
• General Questions

There will be plenty of opportunity for supporters to raise questions and contribute to the discussions. Your involvement is important, and we want to hear from as many members of the Whitby Town family as possible.

Unable to attend in person?
We understand that not everyone will be able to make the meeting, particularly those who live further afield. To ensure these supporters can still take part, a live stream will be broadcast through the Supporters’ Club WhatsApp group.

If you live elsewhere or are unable to attend in person and would like to watch the live stream, please email info@whitbytownfc.com to be added to the WhatsApp group.

Please make every effort to attend this Friday and have your say. Whether you join us in person or remotely, your support, questions and feedback are valued.
