The young Seasiders make their first venture into competitive football by taking part in this season's Youth Cup.

And their first assignment will be to take on the Academy side of the Northern League Division One outfit Penrith, away from home. This tie will take place on the week commencing Monday, 12 August.

The winners of the tie will then face Morpeth Town, also away, in the Preliminary Round. This tie will take place on the week commencing Monday, 2 September.
