Neil Ince joined the Whitby Town coaching staff in the summer of 2021, bringing with him a strong reputation as one of the leading goalkeeping coaches in the Teesside area. Since arriving at the Towbar Express Stadium, Neil has played a key role in developing and supporting the Seasiders’ goalkeepers, applying his expertise, energy and attention to detail to every session.Well known locally for his work with the Teesside Keeper School, which he continues to run alongside his role at Whitby, Neil has helped nurture and develop goalkeepers of all ages and abilities. His commitment to improving standards and building confidence has earned him widespread respect across the region.
In addition to his work in the men’s game, Neil has also coached within the Women’s National League with Norton & Stockton Ladies, further underlining his breadth of experience. His dedication and passion make him an invaluable member of the Whitby Town backroom team.
