Reed arrived at Whitby Town as an energetic and versatile midfielder with experience gained both in England and overseas.

A graduate of Middlesbrough’s academy system, the 23-year-old developed through the club’s Under-18 and Under-21 ranks, building a strong technical foundation and an intelligent understanding of the game. After overcoming an injury setback early in his career, Reed reignited his progress with Gibraltar side Manchester 62, where he became a key contributor during a successful spell.

Comfortable in a variety of roles, Reed can operate in central midfield, across the back line or on the left flank, giving the Seasiders valuable flexibility throughout the squad.

During his time in Gibraltar, he recorded three goals and six assists in 24 appearances, highlighting his ability to influence matches at both ends of the pitch.
