Biography
Popular midfielder re-signed for a third spell in January 2023 from Marske United.The hard working box-to-box midfielder was considered one of the best in the Northern League when he first linked up with the Seasiders from Guisborough Town in July 2015.
Comfortable on the ball the the perfect go-between to connect defence and attack, Gell left Whitby Town for Shildon in November 2017, only to return less than a year later in August 2018.
Following four years in the heart of the Town midfield, Gell made the switch to local rivals Marske, before returning to his spiritual home again after half a season at Mount Pleasant.
