Biography
Connor Smith is a key figure in Whitby Town’s defence, combining experience, commitment and attacking intent from right‑back for the Seasiders.Connor began his career with Hartlepool United, making his senior debut in the EFL before enjoying loan spells with the Seasiders early in his career.
After successful spells with York City, Frickley Athletic and Marske United, where he helped secure promotion to the Northern Premier League Premier Division, Connor returned to Whitby on a permanent deal in 2023. Since then, he has become a regular starter, known for his energetic forward runs, solid defending and versatility across the back line.
