Muhamet "Mo" Gashi is an energetic and technically gifted central midfielder who joined Whitby Town in the summer of 2026 following an impressive trial period with the Seasiders. Born in Doncaster, the 25-year-old arrives at the Towbar Express Stadium with experience gained in both England and Gibraltar, bringing a mature and well-rounded approach to the middle of the park.

Comfortable in possession and capable of dictating the tempo of a game, Gashi combines composure on the ball with a relentless work rate off it. His ability to retain possession, link play between defence and attack, and cover ground across midfield quickly caught the attention of the Whitby coaching staff during pre-season.

Having integrated seamlessly into Lee Bullock’s squad, Mo has already demonstrated the attitude, commitment and quality required to make an impact in blue.
